Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any service provided by aerdrop, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users regardless of account type, trading volume, or geographic location. aerdrop reserves the right to update these terms with 14 days' prior notice.

Use of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade digital assets in your jurisdiction. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. aerdrop will never ask for your password via email, phone, or support chat.

Any activity conducted from your account — including unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure credentials — remains your responsibility.

Intellectual Property

All platform content, trademarks, UI designs, and software belonging to aerdrop are protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify them without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

aerdrop is not liable for losses resulting from market volatility, third-party service failures, or force majeure events including regulatory actions, network outages, or cyberattacks beyond our control.

Maximum liability to any individual user shall not exceed the trading fees paid by that user in the 90 days preceding the claim.

Third-Party Services

aerdrop integrates with third-party payment processors, liquidity providers, and analytics tools. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or service disruptions of those providers.

Security Obligations

aerdrop employs cold storage, mandatory 2FA, and real-time monitoring to protect user funds. You are required to enable 2FA within 48 hours of account creation.

Your Rights

You have the right to request a full export of your transaction history at any time. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days after all open positions are settled.

Changes to Terms

Updated terms take effect 14 days after publication on the aerdrop platform. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Last updated: 2026.
